481 East Main Street - 2nd Alarm Fire | 5-13-26
Early this morning at around 12:30am, fire alarm received a call of a stove on fire at a multi-family large residence on East Main Street (right up the street from HQ). Companies on scene had a stove fire that extended into the kitchen area and into the attic space. A working fire was called and then a second alarm was struck 🔔🔔. Truck 1 made two cuts to the roof with heavy smoke and heat venting. Fire was contained to the second and third floors with extensive overhaul. Mutual aid station coverage was provided by Southington, Wallingford and Middletown Fire.
