Last night, Meriden Fire responded to Cliff Street and Prospect Street, downtown for a 2 alarm house fire. While enroute, Car 4 notified companies of heavy fire showing from East Main Street. A second alarm was struck bringing all companies to the scene and mutual aid was provided from Middletown, Southington, Wallingford and South Meriden.
